The Salone del Camper in Parma is about to open: everything you need to know to get organized

September 9, 2021 – There are less than 2 days left until the opening of the Salone del Camper, which takes place from September 11 to 19 at Fiera di Parma (Italy), with an opening hour ranging from 9:30 to 18:00. The entrance ticket can also be purchased online (suggested): from the midweek day (€ 8) to the holiday one (€ 10), up to the ticket valid for 2 holidays, which costs € 18. Parking costs € 9 per day. We remind you that disabled people and children up to 12 years old enter for free. In addition, dogs can also be brought as long as they are equipped with a leash and muzzle.

As you can imagine, to access the Salone del Camper it will be necessary to have the green CV19 digital COVID certification (the “green pass”) or the international equivalent, to be shown on your smartphone or in paper format in Italian or English. Certification is not required for children who have not yet turned 12.

5 pavilions, 4 thematic areas

The fair, which covers 150,000 square meters of exhibition space, is spread over 5 pavilions with 4 thematic areas. The first is Caravan and Camperwhere the most important European companies in the sector are present and over 600 models can be seen. These include the coachbuilts, more than 200 semi-integrated, over 100 integrated and 205 camper vans.

If you are interested there are the Accessories areas, Shopping with products for outdoor life and for small spaces, and Routes and destinations (Percorsi e mete) to get to know ideal places and destinations for tourism in freedom. Among the news and events of the 2021 edition, we would like to point out “Cooking in Morohome” to learn how to cook simple and original dishes in a van, and “Camper Facile: a school for campers“, which includes 9 video tutorials that explain how easy it is the use motorhomes and caravans by beginners. The videos will be presented in continuous projection every day in the Sala Agorà and in pavilion 2 in the travel, meetings and stories space.

Also noteworthy are photography internships, book presentations, the Outdoor & bike area, the Amici a 4-zampe area for the pets, the Salone Gardens and Kinderheimthe tent in the woods, a special space for childcare and entertainment.
